Makna Senja Coffee in Banten

"The food tastes great, with fair price. The char kwey teow penang is a must buy. All the dimsums taste great. The location is also easy to find.. HOWEVER..... the table booking organizer (Mbak Nur) deceived us when we had booked the outdoor area first (since 10 am) and in a few hours later she texted to say that she afraid that it'll be raining so let's move it up. She immediately suggested to transfer us to sofa area, which is inconvenient to eat. Of course we refused. We voluntarily moved to the A/C room without any view. Later I found out that the outdoor area was booked for a large group, which then I realized that she moved us in purpose, try to accommodate those people who booked much later than us. Such a sneaky way and NOT RESPECTING the guests in first book first serve basis. Her attitude towards us also became nasty, where the cashier mistakenly put a dish that we didn't order, which I checked after I paid. On the other hand, the cashier and the other server really treat us very well. The management need to think twice to put the trust on the booking organizer."
